Competitions
The purpose of competitions is so that students have the opportunity to share their most prized skills and encourage the world about ideas they care about the most. LYTT encourages students to compete and win for recognition and an opportunity to win against top most impressive youth in the world.
ADVOCATE Your Passion (AYP)
Every two months (Bi-monthly) the board meets and submits a chosen flexible and applicable topic for members to compete in. Members will compete by portraying the topic with an expression of choice. There are 3 different categories that students can submit their work, which will be processed separately. Winners will be announced two months after deadline.
SPEECH Forum
Every FOUR months our ambassadors will hold speech forums in their country. This speech forum is not a debate, but instead a way for members to convey an important message. Topics will be distributed a month before forum for preparation. All national winners will then be able to compete at the international level against members all across the world.
Programs
Throughout the year, LYTT will be hosting 3-4 international programs that exemplify leadership or advocacy. Each program is different, but there will be competitions within all programs for members to have the chance to win awards. Countries also host their own programs consistently, so make sure you’re up to date with your country’s LYTT as well!
